Data loss. It’s a costly problem for companies of all sizes. Whether it occurs from a natural disaster or spilling a cup of coffee on a notebook computer, data loss costs companies both time and money.
Savvy companies are deploying backup servers to safeguard important data. According to IDC, data storage revenue totaled about $5 billion in the second quarter. That’s up 20.4 percent from the year-ago period. The market grew nearly 20 percent in the first half of 2010. But you don’t have to contract with 3Par or EMC to back up your data securely. Dedicated cloud server solutions offer you security, reliability, and affordability.
“The multibillion-dollar bidding war between HP and Dell for 3Par has brought plenty of attention to the data storage market,” said Octavio Diaz, Operations Manager at CloudPronto, a cloud server provider in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. “Dedicated cloud servers are a less expensive way to back up your data files. A dedicated backup server gives you the flexibility you need without breaking your IT budget.”
Leasing a virtual machine on CloudPronto’s cloud infrastructure provides companies everything needed to keep data readily available. ServerPronto’s cloud hardware infrastructure spans the company’s data centers around the world, offering network access and speed on demand. Small companies can choose cloud servers at prices starting at just $14.95 a month. Large enterprises still find value at $999.95 a month for a cluster of six dedicated cloud servers.
“Data backup is vital for companies of all sizes,” Diaz said. “At VMworld last week, data backup was a hot topic of discussion. Data backup servers drive improved business cost savings and efficiencies and improved services levels. Backup servers also play a key role in disaster recovery strategies. You almost can’t afford not to have one.”

I recently migrated 4 dedicated servers from my other hosting provider to 4 cloud servers with you guys, I could not be happier. For what I’m paying for 4 cloud servers is equal to the 1 dedicated server I had previously. I love saving money, thank you.

It’s true data backup is really important. During my last employment in another company we almost ran out of business because of a technical problem which almost wiped off all data on our primary server. we could have lost our customer database among other important files. I’m now glad to have cloud servers with you and don’t have to worry to that kind of problem anymore.

I had to learn the hard way (believe me still hurts) about backing up my data. Boy having moved to a cloud server has helped me a lot. I now dont have to think at all times, if this happens again…. if this happens again, at all times. thanks, many thanks!

We’ve all learned the hard way that backups are an important part of our lives.
I’m glad Serverpronto takes backups seriously. I feel peace in my mind when I think that my Cloud server is protected with several backup methods.
Thank you!

One of my major points in considering getting a cloud server was the ease of maintaining it and the security for my data that it provides. thanks guys
