I wanted to say thank you for such an outstanding job moving my files,databases and configuration from my previous server to the new one, in less than 2 hours of opening the ticket I was up and running.

Very Simple.
I am new to dedicated servers.
Always had someone who ripped me off for doing simple things such as pointing my website, creating email accounts and other stuff.
This came to an end with this awesome service from Serverpronto.
I learned how to do everything myself by just asking the techs, they gave me a hand, I saw what they did and now I CAN DO IT MYSELF and save some money.

I was recently “on my own” for configuring and managing my server and websites. Although I can maintain existing setups with no problem I am not extremely technical when it comes to setting up and configuring servers. Well I have to say that you guys did hit a home run with this option as I had no clue as to what I was doing. If it would not have been for this I would had spent big bucks to have my box running properly the way I wanted.
